How we assess your metal and make payment to you
Upon receipt of your metal at our facility, we immediately photograph and evaluate your merchandise. We use hallmarks, weights, XRF technology and the daily metal market prices to determine the value of your items. Precious metal prices fluctuate on a daily basis, and our payout is affected by the market rate on that day. Every payment we issue is different and depends on the contents we receive from you. Once your merchandise is evaluated, we will then email you our offer. Upon your acceptance of our offer, we will send payment to you within 24 hours.
